Who we are

Knights Consultants ("we", "our", "us") is a London-based consultancy providing administrative support for estate, probate and financial matters. This policy explains how we collect and use personal data under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide to us directly through our enquiry forms, telephone and email correspondence. This may include your name, contact details, information relating to a deceased person and details of the matter you wish to discuss.

How we use your information

We use your information solely to respond to your enquiry, arrange a consultation, and where instructed, to provide our consultancy services. We do not sell your personal data. We may share limited information with specialist legal partners only where necessary and with your consent.

Lawful basis

We process personal data on the basis of consent (for initial enquiries), the performance of a contract (where you engage our services) and our legitimate interests in operating a professional consultancy.

Data retention

We retain enquiry information only as long as necessary to respond and, where instructed, to fulfil our services and meet legal or regulatory obligations. Records are securely deleted thereafter.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to our processing of your personal data, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, email enquiries@knightsconsultants.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
